What services do you provide?
We provide transaction coordination services for real estate agents, teams and brokerages. Essentially, we handle all administrative duties from contract to close. What makes us unique is our concierge level, white glove service. With XACT-TC, you get the transaction under contract and we'll handle the rest. You have peace of mind and get your time back to focus on growing and working on your business, not paperwork and administration. We can also customize services based upon your specific needs.
How do I communicate with my transaction coordinator?
At XACT-TC, you will have one point of contact as your transaction coordinator, and your TC will also have support to make sure there is always coverage. You may communicate with your TC via phone, text or email. Your TC will generally be available during normal business hours.
How do I pay for your services and what happens if a transaction gets cancelled?
Our fees are paid only at closing, through escrow or title. If a transaction cancels, we do not charge a fee. This gives you leverage without any overhead or fixed expenses. We also have no long term contracts or requirements.
How do I get started?

Are you familiar with my brokerage's compliance software?
We work with almost all large brokerages as well as independent brokers, so we likely already use your compliance software. When you launch your first transaction with us, we will obtain all of the details and make contact with your broker or compliance officer to ensure that we have all compliance checklists and documentation needed to complete your file.
